OUR CLASSES

Friday Family Session

Family Session helps children learn about martial arts through games and exercises. Children will learn new skills that will help them develop.

Wednesday Night Junior Classes 7 - 12 years

Girls and boys learn advanced moves and exercises to help them along their martial arts journey. Juniors can take part for fun or for kids with a competitive streak, train for ground based sparring to live drills.

Wednesday Night Adult Training

Get fit, learn self defence and feel confident with our Adult Martial Arts classes. We will cover aspects of ground and live sparring, make friends and learn to use these skills in a practical manner that has been pressure tested.
